  This location worked great for a graduation I was attending. We really enjoyed the open layout and that water view is gorgeous! We even saw a great horned owl in the tree while enjoying a quiet evening on the dock. It was a quick trip so we didn't have a chance to use the kayaks that were available unfortunately.

  We had an absolutely incredible stay at 108 Janie Street in Ruskin, Florida! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The property itself is beautiful, with truly amazing views that made every morning and evening feel special. The boating and fishing were unbelievable—perfect for relaxing and making unforgettable family memories.

  One of the highlights for us was how welcoming the home was for our whole family, including our kids and dogs. It’s not always easy to find a place that accommodates everyone so comfortably, and this made a huge difference.

  Frank and Lara were some of the best hosts we’ve ever had. They were extremely responsive, accommodating, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. Their recommendations for local food spots were spot on and really helped us enjoy the area even more.

  By the end of our stay, it felt like we hadn’t just visited a rental—we had made new friends. We can’t recommend this place highly enough and would absolutely love to come back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Perfect getaway with a great view! My family enjoyed a great extended weekend here. The home is newly remodeled and in excellent condition. Kitchen is very accommodating for a family of 6. We will be back!

  Excellent! Rooms were spacious, the open floor plan is fantastic, the dock was super easily accessible, and the renovated bathrooms were awesome!

  I can't say enough about our wonderful experience renting this property over Thanksgiving week! To start, the pictures don't do the place justice. The house was beautiful and spacious, with a huge kitchen that made cooking a large meal a pleasure. Seating areas with TVs at both ends of the house gave us a chance to spread out and enjoy the amazing view of the water. We spent a lot of time outside on the dock. In addition to good fishing, we saw manatees, dolphins, ospreys and beautiful sunsets.There was a lot of thought put into the design and furnishing of this house, with plenty of comfortable seating and all the amenities you could ask for. The kitchen had essentially everything we needed to cook and a well-stocked coffee bar. All the appliances were new, and the place was immaculately clean.Last but certainly not least, our hosts Frank and Lara were incredibly responsive and bent over backwards to make our stay comfortable. They clearly love their house and work very hard to give their guests the best possible experience. We will absolutely be coming back. Thank you!
