2/5 The house itself is very nice. The neighborhood is run down but we had no problems and the neighbors were friendly. The property management company is not easy to deal with and they are rude. We had 10 people registered for 5 days. The property management left 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom. When we ran low I contacted them to ask for more. They told me to buy more if it would make my stay more comfortable. The pool was not cleaned or treated the entire time we were there. By the end of our stay we were not able to swim in it as it was green. The outdoor area by the pool is awesome! They need to have a few more chairs but we did have a large group. There are only 5 chairs at the kitchen table so eating a meal together was difficult.

- We provide an initial supply of toilet paper to get guests started. When we were informed it had run out, we quickly ordered more as a courtesy. It’s customary to supply enough toiletries for the start of the stay, but not for the entire duration.
- The guests didn’t mention any concerns about the pool. Had we known, we would have addressed it immediately.

Beach Vibe
5/5 We really enjoyed outstay at this home with the beach vibes. This furniture, beds, mattresses, linens and cabinetry all new and not cheap versions. The screened in pool was a fun plus, even just to sit on the steps. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms it is a great place for family or friends.

5/5 There were seven of us, five adults and two children, scrabble was the game of choice. My wife liked al the signage in the house. The four bedrooms and three bathrooms made it very comfortable, we had no issues whatsoever and would wholeheartedly recommend this house for anyone staying in the Apollo Beach or Ruskin area. Everything from Tampa to St Petersburg is an easy trip. The house was very clean.
Sister week
4/5 The house was absolutely the cleanest…..only recommendation would be toilet paper holders in the bathrooms, bedside tables and lamps. All lights in all rooms were overhead only with fans. Being such a clean environment trumped all. Thank you.
