This is the furst negative feedback I've had to leave in 20 years of house renting in Florida. The house was absolutely disgusting. There were sticky stains on the walls and light switches. There was animal vomit / feces on the floor and the sofa. There was one tablespoon and barely any cooking supplies. The host said there is nothing he could do and since it was a busy holiday season, we could not find anything else. We ended up cleaning the house ourselves just to be able to live there.

- The home had just been cleaned prior to your arrival, but upon learning that the service may not have met our standards, we immediately changed cleaning providers and followed up again to ensure the home was in proper condition for the remainder of your stay.
- Our goal is always to provide a comfortable and welcoming space for every guest. We're truly sorry that this visit did not reflect that, and appreciate your comments as we continue to improve both our standards and guest experience moving forward.
