Loved the location and pool!
5/5 We were in the area for a wedding weekend, and the location was perfect. The home had a large primary bedroom and awesome attached bath. Plenty of room for our family. Nice quiet neighborhood was an added plus.
It was a warm weekend, so the pool was a great relief from the heat.
Beaches, parks, etc were a short 10-15 minute drive.
Although we didn't use them, there were bikes and fishing gear available in the garage.
Would recommend this home to anyone visiting the Englewood/Placida area.
Working with the owner Eddie was a joy.

5/5 Great to have the pool and the canal to fish in. The kitchen has everything you need for your stay, very comfortable house with lots of room.
Great Place - Would Stay Again
5/5 The home was in a great location for us - close to our kids. It was clean and had everything we needed with plenty of space. Communication with the property owner couldn't have been easier from information and reminders prior to our stay, all the way through our stay until we were leaving. Would definitely stay again if the property is available when we visit.

What a great time!
5/5 My wife and I stayed at the property for 4 nights. We spoke directly with the property owner (Eddie) and he was extremely helpful and responsive. The property was clean and attractive. The pool was in need of cleaning (there were some leaves in it, which anyone who has a pool knows that those things happen) and when Eddie found that out, he immediately contacted his pool maintenance people. They came out the next day and did a great job. We couldn't have been happier with our experience in this rental. If anything was less than perfect, Eddie wanted to know about it and (most importantly) he took care of it right away. We plan to reach out to him the next time we are renting in the area. We had an awesome time.
