  We enjoyed our stay immensely. The house was very clean & went above & beyond our expectations. Kitchen is very nice & has alot of pots & pans whenever we wanted to cook. The bedrooms were very comfy & inviting. Ms. Marci was very friendly, accomodating & answered all my questions prior to our arrival. Will definitely recommend to friends & family!

  Here's a summary of our stay:We arrived to a house that was over 80 degrees with no air on. The pool has a safety fence that was not installed. We have a toddler, so we had to figure out the fence and install it. The house is in need of a thorough cleaning. The pool was not running, but we waited until morning the next day to see if maybe it was on a timer. As it turned out, the pool is on a timer of some sort, but was not skimming or vacuuming - only the spa was running. I tried several times to call you, but always received a recording indicating I needed to try at a later time. I finally texted and got a response from you saying you would contact the owner to have a pool person sent over. We never saw that person. The air conditioning would turn off on both floors randomly for no apparent reason, including in the middle of the night. The television in the room off of the kitchen is leaning way forward toward the floor. Upon closer investigation it was obvious that the television is too heavy for the bracket upon which it is hung. The bracket is bowing under the stress of that weight making for a dangerous situation. The playground equipment in the yard is filthy, so our toddler couldn't use it. It all needs to be power washed.

  -The A/C system operates in safe mode to ensure efficient and reliable performance, while still allowing guests to easily adjust the temperature to their preferred comfort level throughout their stay.
  -The pool fence is available upon request and can be easily set up for use around the pool area. The pool operates on an automated timer, so it may not run continuously throughout the day.
  -The TV has been inspected and is fully functional, with all connections and settings working properly for easy access to channels and streaming.

• Riverview Home away from Home

  This home is awesome and we will definitely stay here again. Everything was great and they even had coffee and condiments for us to use. Our host contacts stayed in touch before our arrival and were just great. I'm telling other family members about this home (large family with a lot of us living in other areas of Florida that visit Riverview area). Thank you so much for sharing your home. I love the cool light fixtures!!

• Great 21st bday & the Pool!

  Our overall stay was excellent. Great location to grocery stores and all necessary things. The pool was like having a well deserved night cap every night! Your home was well kept. There were minor derails like upgrading the kitchen chairs, but nothing hendered the great time we had. The halway bathroom came in handy since there was only one to share upstairs. I dont remeber and hot water complaints so thats good. A teal peakcock stroller across the front lawn like we werent even there. Thank u again.i will recommend again.
