  This 2 bedroom stay was an ideal space for 4 adults + 1baby.

  Access to the beach items was so clutch!

• Family vacation

  Very loud due to construction. Unable to stay in apt due to noise during the day. No security. All doors to main building and pool were unlocked. Described as family friendly but had to buy lots of stuff for stay. Way than more expected when renting a place like this. No fire safety. Pillows were stained and so was bedding. No beach friendly items except a few toys with couple chairs. Hard to carry everything to beach with small kids.

  Hi Tracey, we passed your comments on to the homeowner who would like to share the following: We do our very best to uphold high standards of hospitality for our property and provide all of our guests with an exceptional experience.
  - As we aim for transparency, we communicated with you prior to your arrival that the building was undergoing construction, though not in our unit. Construction occurs from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm with a lunch break from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm, and there's no construction on weekends.
  - To ensure guest safety, we've installed security cameras on each floor, outside the building, and around the pool area.
  - For guest use, we provide 4 beach chairs, 1-2 beach umbrellas, and 6 beach towels.
  - Thanks for letting us know about the bedding as we value the cleanliness of our home. Guest can rest assured that we've passed your feedback on to our cleaning crew to address the concern.
  - Although we understand that lugging beach supplies with little ones can be challenging, unfortunately, that external factor is simply out of our control.
  We do all we can to make our home the best possible experience, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

• Communication

  The unit itself was very nice, however, communication with the property managers, Evolve, was not good. There was construction in the building, which I knew ahead of time, and specifically requested of Evolve that I wanted in a unit unaffected by this construction. They did not let me know my balcony would not be accessible until time to check in! To be transparent, they did provide a small credit back to me after I complained.

• Poor Communication

  We were not given the unit # when we arrived and it took the owner an hour to call us back to provide us this information. Luckily, VRBO customer support was able to help us right away (Thank you!).Then, I woke up Thursday morning to men standing on the balcony looking into my master room. I don't know how long they had been looking into the room. I did see the signs stating to stay off of the balcony, but I was given no warning in advance that workers would be on the balcony looking inside of the condo.

  -"We appreciate your feedback, and we want to ensure you have all the information you need for a smooth stay. It's important to note that Evolve typically sends guests a comprehensive confirmation of their stay 30 days before their reservation date. This confirmation includes all the essential details for your stay, including the unit number. The listing did mention that there was construction taking place in the building.
  -Additionally, we would like to clarify that although the listing initially indicated that the balcony would be unavailable until mid-August 2023, there has been a recent change, and the balcony is now accessible. We have already contacted Evolve to update our listing to reflect this change accurately.
  -Regarding the unexpected presence of workers on the balcony, we genuinely apologize since we, as the owners, were unaware of this work beforehand and had no control over it. We'd like to assure you that the work has been completed. Additionally, we want to mention that the master bedroom is equipped with sheers and blackout curtains for your comfort.

• Great beach getaway!

  Property was well-maintained, and had all the amenities that we were looking for including laundry, enough bedrooms, beautiful bathrooms, and close to the beach with a nice pool! Entry into the building was smooth with parking right in front of the beach! Location provided us close proximity to the beach and pool, no rowdiness or crowds, which we really enjoyed!
