Great House with Issues
3/5 Absolutely loved the house but we had issues to deal with. First the AC did not work. They sent a technician but he could not identify the issue. System started to work for no reason. Outside bar light was inop. Drier was giving two different error codes and the propane for the bbq was empty. Luckily I found a full bottle to replace it. Last concern was that although we paid $40 for the pool heat for two nights we could not adjust it. It was set at 85 and locked.

We’re glad to hear you absolutely loved the house, and we’re sorry you ran into a few issues during your stay. The homeowners were surprised to read your review, as they are accustomed to providing 5-star experiences and would like to clarify the following:
- The A/C technician was sent out the same day the issue was reported, even on a Sunday, and the system began working again later that day. The homeowner acted quickly to make sure the home was comfortable as soon as possible.
- The outdoor bar light was submitted as a maintenance request immediately, but non-essential items can take up to 48 hours to address, and your stay was only two days. While there were other nearby lighting options, the homeowner is committed to keeping all features of the home well maintained.
- A full backup propane tank is always kept on-site for convenience, and we appreciate you taking the initiative to get the grill up and running. The homeowner also offered to assist if needed to keep things easy.
- The pool is professionally maintained and locked at 85°F to ensure safe water chemistry. To support this, the pump runs daily from 6 AM to 10 PM for continuous water flow, which is longer than most homes and helps retain heat. The dryer is functioning normally, and the messages you saw were routine lint reminders.
We did all we could to ensure the best possible stay by responding swiftly, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.5/5 This home was beautiful. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and clean up.Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The host Anthony was supportive and answered questions in a timely manner.The neighborhood was quiet and safe to take walks and enjoy the beautiful florida weather.
