  We received a message from the host 24 hours prior to our flight to Florida that the property was double booked. We were offered a second property by the owner, but it was not listed on VRBO and VRBO customer support told us to goto the original property—regardless of being told it was double booked. Obviously we were not going to wait until 4PM check in time to ring the doorbell and have another guest tell us they were staying there. We were traveling with 2 small children so that wasn’t even an option. In short, the property owner cancelled our booking just before take off and were forced to find other accommodations. We did receive a refund so no problems there, however it was NOT the ideal way to start the vacation. I cannot comment on the house or property, only my experience booking.

  - We made sure a full refund was processed immediately to ensure you weren't out of pocket while making new arrangements.
  
  - We take these situations very seriously and have taken steps to ensure our calendar syncing prevents this from happening again.

  This house was exceptionally accurate to the listing. The photos do not do it justice! We stayed for 9 days with 6 adults and an infant. Three spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, huge living room and 2 well appointed patios gave us the perfect amount of space to hang out together yet enough privacy to feel like we weren’t on top of each other. The neighborhood was quiet and comfortable. We felt like we blended in with the locals. The pool was a huge hit with everyone. It was large, well heated and clean. We are looking forward to a repeat trip!

  We had a great stay here on Capri Isles! The home was beautiful - it was decorated beautifully, was clean and comfortable. The house had everything needed for kitchen use and bathroom supplies. We had 5 adults, 3 kids and everyone felt comfortable and well accommodated for. It was so easy to get settled into. We had a few hiccups while on property - AC, dishwasher, but Rob was very responsive to fixing the issues!

• Excellent house and host!

  The property layout was just perfect for our group of 6 (three couples). Both outdoor and indoor space exceeded all of our expectations. We have done a lot of VRBOs over the years and this was the most well-stocked place we have been to. Everything you could think of to make your stay convenient was there. We even used the grill! Rob was very helpful with a handful of questions that I had in the days leading up to our visit. We all agreed we would absolutely stay here again if ever in the area.
