  I would like to say that this house has the potential to be a 5 star stay. But the hosts are dropping the ball. When we first arrived. All of our check in information is wrong. I had to call and get the updated information to check in. The listing states that theres space for 3 cars. It fails to mention that it is because there is a broke down car in the driveway. And this is where the ball is dropped. The house has potential. Great layout. Lots of space. Huge backyard and screen room. Perfect for larger groups. The house is fairly stocked. The cabinets are full of opened food. Most of it is expired. In some of the cabinets there is opened food right next to bug spray and other cleaners. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes from last tenants. We had to contact the host to get dish tabs because there was none. Those didnt arrive til the next day. There is a huge screened porch. But no outdoor furniture out there to sit or use it. Luckily we brought folding chairs with us. So we used those. However one of the doors for the porch is laying in the yard so all the bugs were able to get in. In every room of the house there are ceiling fans but no remotes for them. On our 2nd day we were informed that they were locked in the garage with no way to get them. Other than a floor lamp. There was no other light in living room. Due to not being able to turn on ceiling fan. 100 light switches that do nothing. The house has a few spots that are stained. Chipped. Broken. Dusty and mildewy. So things are not being up kept. The two front rooms are lit up all night due to the massive motion censored flood light out front. So it disturbs sleep. Alot! Overall not a bad stay. But it was a disappointing stay. It did its job. Wouldn't come back. And wouldn't recommend

  The location was perfect! Close to Traditions, close to the beach, close to shopping. We needed extra rooms for family while visiting and this was the perfect home. Everything met our expectations.
