  The property was great and exactly as advertised! The check in process was so simple and the house very clean and comfortable. I had no conversations with the property manager which is the reason only reason for the low score. I really appreciated the fact they allowed our dogs who always travel with us.

• Cleanest Home We've Ever Rented

  It is obvious that the owners care very much about the comfort of their guests. The house and garage were spotless, I mean spotless. All around the home are touches that tell you the owners are constantly putting in items that make your stay more pleasant.

  The bed is the best we've had in our VRBO stays, the thermostat is top notch, and everywhere you look, there are touches that show care on the part of the owners, even to a make-up mirror for the ladies in the bedroom.

  We had to purchase a few items which I think previous renters has used up and not replaced -- kleenex, laundry detergent, trash bags -- but other items were plentiful.

  The owners texted us even before we arrived and were responsive to any questions we had. This home would be great for children. There are several rooms for relaxing and watching TV, plenty of towels, and a nice pool for the kids to expend their energy.

  The neighborhood is mixed, and we had a neighbor who parked his truck onto his front lawn and revved his engine every morning at 7 a.m. as he left for work, but we're seniors and I suspect that wouldn't bother most people. There is nothing you can do about your neighbors, right? However, the overall location is great for getting to shopping, the beach, or golf courses.

  If you are looking for a clean home with a heated pool in a good location, this may be the one for you.

• Below hotel standard

  Understand recent natural disaster area, but we had check before complete booking after storms if any issues and was advised no damage. 1st no coffee pods that have become standard in hotel rooms, 2nd curtains missing so lack of privacy, especially important when Fri stay and pool service schedule day. Paid extra for heated pool & was not heated either nights. Cleaning had left towels in the dryer, thought didn't have until we did laundry and checked dry. Low beds but normal mattress. Below par for compared to many other rentals we have stayed at.

However, we do provide a hybrid coffee maker with both drip and pod options and drip coffee grounds are typically available for guest use.
  - Regarding the curtains, each room has privacy shades, except for the main sliding door and kitchen. The service visits are scheduled to minimize disruption.
  - We apologize for the towels left in the dryer. Our cleaning team worked quickly to prepare for your arrival, and this oversight was unintentional.
  - For the pool heating, we apologize for missing your request. To make up for this oversight, we’re happy to refund the pool heating fee.
  - We wish you had reached out to us during your stay, as we are always available to help address any issues that arise.

  Perfect place for a little sibling reunion! Nice fenced in backyard, lovely pool/patio, great house! Thanks for a wonderful stay!
