  For the most part, the area was peaceful and a decent place to stay.

  The areas that need attention in the house:

  -toilet in master bath needs to be secured to the floor. It was wobbly whenever someone sits on toilet seat

  -the headboards were loose on the twin beds in 2nd bedroom. Whenever there's movement on bed it would shake.

  -electrical outlets in masterbedroom need replacement. Anything plugged in the outlet would be loose and no connection to electricity.

  -garage door kept getting stuck midway up or down.

  -skimmer in pool not working. tons of bugs on top of pool water all the time.

  The check-in and kitchen facilities were good, the filter on the pool was not working, so we had to do a lot of skimming before we swam, the master bath shower did not have hot water, and the tiles were coming off the wall. The toilet was not securely attached to the floor. There was a second bath and shower, so we made due. Other wise the space was clean, bug-free, and pretty comfortable.

  - Due to the layout of the plumbing, it can take a bit of time for hot water to reach the master bath, especially if the shower hasn’t been used in a while, as the tank needs time to heat and push the water through.
  - We’ve just been made aware of the issue with the toilet and will make sure it’s addressed promptly.

• Spring Training

  Recommendations:After a long day, travel, it would have been nice to have had some bath soap, coffee for in the morning, perhaps even bottled water in fridge & dishwashing liquid. Roofers should not have been scheduled during a renters stay. Televisions and bedroom and living room need to be user-friendly and updated. There were certainly several glitches/outages. Toilet in master bath needs to be stabilized. On a positive note, all appliances worked very well.

  -The guests were made aware of the roofing situation prior to their arrival, and we ensured that this information was communicated in advance to avoid any surprises during their stay.
  -While we're happy to provide water and coffee as a courtesy, we aim to offer these amenities whenever possible. Had we known there was an insufficient supply, we would have been more than happy to replenish them for you.
  -The TV issue was caused by the DISH not being properly positioned on the roof due to hurricane damage. Repairs are currently underway to resolve this.
