Good location - needs better cleaning
4/5 The good:
- Great location. Easy to get around Port St. Lucie.
- Big house with lots of space.
- Nice outdoor space.
- Well stocked home.
The bad:
- Roku offerings were very limited. Need to bring your own streaming info.
- The house could have been cleaner. The floors were dirty and the outdoor patio was extremely dirty.
- The bed in the master bedroom is really high. If you are less than 5'6", it will be a real challenge to get in and out of.
- The family room furniture needs replacing. All the cushions sag, badly.
- The cleaning fee is steep at $350 and they still have a list of things they want you to do. For $350 you should be able to just lock up the house and walk away.
