Beautiful Beachfront Getaway!
5/5 Our group of 5 families (9 adults and 11 children) had a wonderful time at this beachfront home. Finding a property that comfortably fits a crew of 20 can be a challenge, but this house handled our large group easily with abundant sleeping space for everyone.
What we loved:
The outdoor setup: Being able to play music outside created the perfect vacation vibe.
Garage ice maker: A total lifesaver for keeping coolers packed and drinks cold.
The elevator: A bit on the slower side, but incredibly useful for moving luggage and groceries up and down.
A few small notes:
The dining space is a bit small for a house with this many bedrooms, so seating everyone inside at once takes some coordination. It would also be great if the kitchen came stocked with basic startup essentials like dish soap, a sponge, and some beach towels.
Overall, these were minor details that didn't stop us from having a fantastic time. We would definitely come back!
⭐️INCREDIBLE Beach Front Home!
5/5 This gulf front home has everything you could dream of. The bedrooms are so spacious & very comfortable beds. Panoramic views of the gulf with private beach access was ideal. Perfect space to relax & enjoy the sunset from all 3 balconies. Highly recommend for families & friends. I would give 10 stars if I could. We are rebooking ASAP for next group getaway. Much fun was had & cannot wait to do it again

Wonderful weekend
5/5 We enjoyed our time at this beautiful gulf front home! The house had everything we needed and had the most beautiful views and sunsets. The house was equipped with everything we needed and had plenty of space for large groups. The location was super convenient to downtown St. Joe, Mexico beach, and a quick day trip to Apalachicola! What a gem you have on the forgotten coast! We can’t wait to come back!
Great for a big group!
5/5 This house was such a great place to host a big group of couples for a weekend getaway. The house has an elevator so no one had to carry luggage and household items up the stairs. The two garages held four cars easily and still had room for parking in the driveway. Every couple had their own room and bathroom so privacy was an huge plus! Easy access to the beach right out the back door and a nice outdoor bar on the bottom level. 10/10 would recommend!
Brand new build with beautiful sunsets!
5/5 Our family had a great time staying at this gorgeous new home! Amazing views of sunrise and sunset right over the water. Great location and beautiful brand new build. We will be back!
