  Love this house and everything about it, this will be our 3rd of many more stays here. The only thing I wish was different was a bigger golf cart. Once you put all the beach bags, toys, and ect there is little to no room for anything else. Other than that the house is phenomenal and you could ask for better.

  This is the best beach house rental we've ever had. It was truly awesome. The house is huge, spacious, with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, very large, open dining room, family area, kitchen, and breakfast area. We loved it!!! Great location to Windmark beach, and pool too.

• Great vacation!

  Upon arrival, the house was very clean and spacious! We had a bigger group and there was plenty of room for everyone. The neighborhood is so nice and welcoming.

  We loved having access to the golf cart & bikes! It made going to the beach so much smoother for the adults & kiddos.

  The community pool is very nice as well. We did have a few issues with getting the correct code, but someone who also lived in the neighborhood helped us out.

  There is a small cafe & pizza shop in the neighborhood as well.

  Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely book again!

• Perfect for a weekend wedding at Windmark Beach

  The property was perfectly suited to our needs. We were down for a wedding at Windmark Beach. There was loads of room for the wedding party to get ready and the golf cart was great for running down to the venue. Everything was clean and the host was very responsive when we had a minor issue with the A/C. It was a short drive to Port Saint Joe and the restaurants and shops there.

• Great house!

  We had a great time at Mermaid Cove. The house is as pictured, plenty of room for everyone. It says 4 bedrooms, but it is really 5 with the bonus room. Living spaces are large and open. Beds are comfortable. We had everything we needed. The golf cart was a huge plus to minimize sand in the car. We also rode bikes or walked to the beach when we weren’t loaded down with umbrellas and chairs. Restaurants, stores and the pool are within walking/cart riding distance. WindMark had live music every weekend night. It’s a cute, quiet little neighborhood. I felt safe walking back to the house from the beach alone after dark. We had parking space for more than 3 cars. We will definitely be back.
