3/5 It was a lovely home. But there were an extreme amount of roaches, no they were not palmetto bugs, and ants. I live in Florida and rented this for my son. I paid. For the cost the only thing I dispute is that you need to hire a good exterminate company. I use Purcor and do not have any problems. Have lived here 13 years.

Both our cleaners and the property owner have never encountered roaches at this property, and we are committed to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. While ants are a possibility given the region, roaches are not something we’ve ever seen here.
