Nice but problematic
3/5 Nice house, great location, beautiful view. Nice experience but had several key problems/issues. Problems were leaky faucets in master bedroom, burned out light bulbs, some in extremely high position, in 2 bedrooms, and 2 showers, non-functioning ice maker in frig, no workable BBQ grill. Grill had caused a previous fire and was not disposed from the property. All of these issues were identified in the guest book prior to our stay, some noted months prior to our arrival. All issues were addressed however separate appointments were required for each, keeping us at the house repeatedly for each correction.

Because we wanted to ensure each matter from the master faucets to the ice maker, was fixed correctly by the appropriate specialists, separate visits were required. We offered to coordinate these at your convenience to minimize the impact on your stay, and we appreciate your patience while we brought everything up to our high standards. We are glad we could resolve these for you and hope to host you again for a seamless experience!
5/5 I had a wonderful stay here! The place was clean, stocked, well decorated and if I had any questions or issues was only a text message away! And those texts were promptly answered. Sipping my tea & watching the sunrise over the lake in the morning was my favorite part of my trip! I am definitely staying here again!
