3/5 place was clean but shabby. Patio was very dirty & light out. microwave had no handle & couldn't use. rather dark, need better lighting. really needs renovation. very odd layout & decor, MBR bed VERY high, other bed has a foam mattress on frame, no box spring. needs landscaping in back (dead plants) location good, very accessible.

Mayo stay
3/5 House was nice. Furniture fine. Kitchen needs more utensils. Bathroom needs tub stopper. Wasp nest outside front door needs to be removed. Otherwise great house and confortable space.
