5/5 House was just as described, instructions were clear. Great location for beach, restaurants and shopping. Very quiet street, playground for kids in the neighborhood. Large fenced backyard with pool. House neat and tidy, has all the basics.

5/5 Everything about this property and its hosts were top-notch. Home is in a quaint, quiet neighborhood with lovely foliage and friendly people. Property was clean, amenities were appropriate, ample seating. Hosts were accommodating and easy to communicate with, answering questions promptly. If we are ever in Jacksonville again, would definitely return to this mini-oasis.
