• Great location, walking distance to beach

  We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is fantastic — an easy walk to the beach — and the patio area and pool are great places to relax. The home is also priced very reasonably for the area.

  With a few small updates, this place could easily go from great to amazing. Some low‑cost improvements that would really enhance the guest experience include:

  • Adding shower caddies in all bathrooms so guests don’t have to keep toiletries on the floor.

  • Installing additional towel hooks to make the bathrooms more functional.

  • Adding frosting or privacy film to the glass blocks near the shower area.

  • Making better use of the large common room — a pool table or additional lounge-style seating could make it a more engaging space.

  • Updating the carpets or transitioning to hardwood for a fresher, more modern feel.

  • Addressing the rust around the patio doors or replacing with more rust‑resistant materials.

  • Improving bedroom lighting to make the rooms brighter and more welcoming.

  • Checking the dresser drawers to ensure they open and close properly.

  Overall, we liked the location and amenities, and with a few thoughtful upgrades, this property could truly stand out.

  This wonderful home offers ample space, and we spent most of our time relaxing by the pool area. The property is conveniently located near restaurants and cafés, making it all walkable. Val, the property manager, is truly amazing!

  Abundant towels, a large pool, and many steak knives. The large family room and adequate seating around the Christmas dinner table were welcome. The access to a “private” beach as implied in the listing required a longer walk but ok for our group. And there was a corner store to purchase that much needed coffee even on Christmas Day, as well as a couple of restaurants a reasonable walk away. Perplexing was the discrepancies between the visual display on VRBO and the actual space, and being met by the management company rep when we arrived, a first for us. As we settled in there were a series of issues, such as toilets that shifted positions on the floors when you arose, the leaking sink on the kitchen island, rotting floorboards on the deck outside the primary bedroom, and an inoperative ice and water dispenser, that were hard to ignore. The kitchen cabinets seemed full of things but were a disorganized mess that made it hard to figure out what you had to cook. The sliding doors did cost a few of us broken fingernails since they were difficult to open. There were typed and also hand printed notes with lots of no’s that left an overall impression of negativity, which we dealt with holiday good humor. Our experience seems more like the reviews of several years ago that reflected a home in need of TLC and repairs that will enhance the great points of location and outdoor amenities that could make this a great space for large groups.

  Cracked and miasing concrete in pool, property waa poorly cleaned, had to clean the floors myself, long walk to beach entrance, pool was cloudy, property manager was professional and responsibe. Great house but needs some TLC
