  Loved how spacious the house was. It was great for a large family. We enjoyed the pool table, air hockey, and foosball. Also enjoyed the giant, comfy couch. The beds were comfortable and everything was nice and clean. Had some issues with the shower in the bathroom off the game room. Couldn’t get a good balance of water temperature between the hot and cold. Also couldn’t get hot water in the tiny house. We just adjusted and used the hallway and master showers. This was the only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars. The property was perfect for us and we would stay again.

  The house was nice, but everything else left much to be desired. The backyard might have looked like the photos at one point but now is very aged and in poor condition with poles leaning, mold/mildew and the overhang above the hot t was being held up by a 2x4 that was wedged between the support and the ground. There appeared to have been ZERO attempt to clean the grounds either. The hot tub had multiple level rings on it that came off when I scrubbed with my finger, the pool was a milky/hazy blue color, the projector screen and the outdoor furniture was all covered in mildew and there was grass and weeds growing up through the landscaping rocks. Very disappointing. The next problem was that not 10minutes after arriving, another car pulled up to the dining hall (which btw is insanely located in between the main house and the guest house). Come to find out the dining hall, fire pit, and all areas around the barn were not going to be accessible because they rented it out for an event hosting almost 200 people. This event was going on when we wanted to be outside enjoying the grounds, having a family BarBQ and playing some music but considering there were 200 people having a baby shower, literally in between us and the guest house, it was difficult to enjoy without feeling like we were interrupting their special occasion. This should have beFULLY DISCLOSED prior to us renting. Absolutely false advertising. This is the only VRBO that I have ever rented that I would not rent again.

Access to the outdoor wood firepit may sometimes be offered during events, though it is not guaranteed and is not included in the rental.   House is super cute and perfect for large groups. Very open and spacious. The back yard was beautiful for sunsets and ton of places to take photos. Would definitely rent this house again or even rent for a party at the venue.

• Perfect for our group

  This property is beautiful and convenient. We are a Girl Scout Troop with 11 girls and 5 chaperones. The girls loved the pool and game room. It was quiet and peaceful. One small suggestion would be a few more things for the kitchen. We had to buy a large mixing bowl and some potholders. Thank you for a great stay!
