- The property is only accessible by boat. If guests do not have their own boat, a boat taxi service is available with additional fees
- If parking at Eldred's Marina, a daily parking fee of $8 per vehicle must be paid upon arrival
- Upon arrival, guests may be escorted to the property via golf cart for an additional $40 fee
- There are no grocery stores or pharmacies on the island, so guests must bring everything they need
- Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is located at the front of the home facing the walkway, front entrance, and stairs, and 1 camera is located underneath the home facing the entire covered deck. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras are activated by motion and will record video and sound while guests are in residence

- Upon arrival, guests have the option to be escorted to the home via golf cart for an additional $40 fee. Guests need to be asked to be dropped off at DOCK 75. Please reach out to the Guest Contact before arrival if you would like a golf cart transfer

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 2:00 PM
- Golf cart transportation to the home is available for an additional $40 round-trip fee, paid on-site
- If not using the golf cart transportation service, it is approximately a 5-minute walk from the pier to the home
- The keys to the home are accessible via lockbox. Please reach out to the Guest Contact to obtain the code to the lockbox
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Return key to the lockbox
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Please return all beach items to the lower deck
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS:
- Instructions for connecting to the wireless internet network can be found inside the home upon arrival

The boat taxi will depart from Eldred’s Marina and will drop guests off at 75 Rum Runner Road. To schedule a reservation with Pirate Water Taxi, please call 1.941.697.5777 and give them the vacation rental's address and boat slip number (75)
- If parking at Eldred's Marina, a daily parking fee of $8 per vehicle must be paid upon arrival
- Upon arrival, guests may be escorted to the property via golf cart for an additional $40 fee. If interested, please reach out to the Guest Contact as soon as possible to ensure availability
- There are no grocery stores or pharmacies on the island, so guests must bring everything they need
- Grocery pick-up is available for an additional on-site fee as well; please contact 1.941.223.4548 for more information
