5/5 This is a great house and location. We love it! The owner of the property is great about making sure everything is clean and ready for the guests arrival. The dock is close, the neighbors are great, and you're on an island, it doesn't get much better than that.

May Vacation
5/5 When we first arrived at the property by boat, I was very happy with the overall appearance and ease of access from the dock. Then we went inside. That's where this place really shines. It has 1 1/2 bathrooms which is nice for larger groups. The living room and kitchen are open and make a huge room where everyone can stretch out and relax. Property manager was fantastic to deal with. She made sure we had everything we needed. The property was clean and well kept. Will definitely stay here again. It's an awesome place.

Great Getaway!!
5/5 House was well equipped with all the things you may need. The owner was available with any questions. We loved the remote/peacefulness of LGI, it has an old Florida feel that we love. We will definitely be back!!!
May Vacation Trip
5/5 we stayed at Tarponville two weekends in a row and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beach is a close walk, the dock is really short and close to the house. The home is clean, A/C works fantastic, and is a great vacation spot.
