  The property was not as listed. The neighborhood was urban, commercial, dilapidated and felt very unsafe. We didn't stay because we didn't feel safe there. We called the contact person we were given from the driveway. She said she understood how we felt and said we could cancel. The rental agency she works for refused to refund our payment and claimed that we weren't told we would receive a refund. A cancellation means a refund to us when the area is unsafe and we weren't told that we wouldn't be refunded. That being said, we would never have stayed there, with or without a refund. We've stayed in countless vrbo properties and never come across anything like this neighborhood/area. I have no idea why the rental agency, EVOLVE, represents this property. They said the property is fine and is as described. They must not have been there. Another clue about the area was a Doberman 2 doors down on a heavy chain behind a chainlink fence; the dog certainly looked like a guard dog. Why would a safe area need a guard dog? Beware of Evolve Real Estate.

  We enjoyed our stay but there was some issues we encountered. The cleanliness of the house was below satisfaction and there were roaches and ants. Overall cute and convenient place to stay.

  This was a great location for visiting the Bay Area.Short commutes to downtown St. Pete, beaches and even to Tampa.

  When we got to the house it instantly felt like home. It was perfect. The screened in patio and backyard were ideal. The bedrooms were comfortable and relaxing. I would highly suggest this property for anyone visiting the area. Thank you for our home away from home.
