- Turn onto Puckett Rd from US 27/19/98 next to the Winn-Dixie grocery store 
- Drive approximately 9 miles until Puckett Rd turns into Spring Warrior Rd
- Turn left onto Spring Warrior Rd and drive approximately half of a mile
- Turn right onto the dirt road, Strickland Bridge Rd
- Continue on Strickland Bridge Rd to enter the Big Bend Wildlife Management Area
- Continue until you arrive at the property gate
- Please note there is no street sign for Bonita Beach Rd or Bonita Beach Blvd

- This property has gated access. The key to the gate is in the lockbox on the post to the left, and the code is 6659
- Reach out to the Guest Contact before bringing a boat to ensure the water level is high enough and tide changes are good
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it
