Great Pensacola FL vacation.
4/5 The property was clean except for the carpet throughout the house. The cleaning company attempted to shampoo the carpet before we got there and it made the carpets in my opinion worse. Everything else about the house is great. Everything we needed was there. The pool and hot tub were great. The kids spent hours swimming. The house was close to everything. So location is excellent.

4/5 The house was great! They have a quiet time of 9 which is ok for weekdays, but seemed early on the weekends when you have teenagers. If you are chemical sensitive let the house air out before you stay in too long. When they say check out is 10, them really mean 9-9:30, we were packing our luggage out around 9:15 and the pool cleaner was there, and the house cleaner showed up. They disclose 3 cameras however there are more on the property. It says none inside but there is one inside the garage evidently, they don't consider that part of the inside. I contacted the homeowners twice first the day after our check out and a couple days later to see if there was any way to double check for my 2 boxes of contacts and glasses since we were rushed out with no response. Not only did I pay for the house now I am out another couple hundred dollars. Not sure I would stay in this house again. I waited to do this review to see if there was any communication, there has been none.
