Upon arrival the key code to get in the house didn't work, and the property managers phone went straight to voicemail. After contacting the rental agency, I was given the cleaners code and we got in. Once inside we realized windows were left open and it was 87⁰F in the house. Next up was the fact the a/c didnt work, nor did the master shower drain. As it turns out these were known issues to the homeowner and it was not verified if they were fixed before renting it out. I was asked to call the homeowners "handyman" who would help me. He never showed up to the property and also shut his phone off. The a/c wasn't repaired until 5pm the following day and the shower was never fixed.

As you can understand life can have some complications and as you can see from other reviews the few days y’all stayed at my home were the anomaly. Again, I do apologize. The issues have now been fixed. Thanks again for coming."
