• Great location! House needs some serious maintenance.

  Arrived about an hour early to meet and chat with a new cleaning manager. She was very honest and kind. They have a lot of work ahead of them to get the house in decent shape. I do believe they will do a great job of it. Layout of house is a duplex which is what we expected. Would be nice to have access to other side without having to go outside but it was fine. Hopefully the maintenance issues will be taken care of, but it will take some time. The location to beach was nice.

  The house was not what we expected. The details on the website say nothing about it being two separate houses. We had 11 in our family that stayed and we thought we got one big house but it was actually 2 separate areas(like 2 apartments) our side did not have a dryer only washer, the other side had both. This house was not like the pictures. It was very messy and needed a lot of maintenance. All the closets in both apartments we were not able to use due to how messy they were. Example -they had old sheets, pillows, pictures frames, paint, just clutter, etc stacked up in each closet. We were only given one key code to get into the apartment on the right side which didn’t work on the other side so that was a hassle getting in touch with the proper people to get access to the house. The house was not clean. We found trash under multiple beds and trash swept under one of the refrigerators. The pool and hot tub gave us problems the entire time. The upstairs door to the balcony had a big gap letting any bugs in or air/heat out. The air on the upstairs area in one of the apartments did not work properly. The kitchen was not equipped with the proper dishes. All pots/pans were nasty, old, and rusty. One positive- We did like how close it was to the beach access that was one of the few nice things about the house. All in all for the money my family and I paid ($6,500 total) for a week we was expecting something way nicer and ready to go. This place definitely needs a lot of work before we would stay here again.

• Lots of space for a large group

  We had a few issues right off the bat and the owner was not very responsive, but Evolve, the PM company, was great and made sure that everything was taken care of. We found this to be the case during our whole stay - it took the owner or contact for the property about 24 hours to get back to us with any requests and Evolve was very responsive.

  The house has a bit of a strange layout, but it works well for a large group. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to feel like we had our own space. The pool was great - we did not heat the hot tub. It is very close and convenient to the beach. Plenty of parking for multiple vehicles. There were enough towels for one per person, but it would have been nice to have extra bath towels, some beach or pool towels and more kitchen towels.
