  My family of 4 traveled to PCB last week and had the best time! This A-Frame house seems recently remodeled with a modern, fresh, beachy vibe. It was spacious, giving my small group ample room to spread out and could have easily held double.

  It seems the owners really have tried to think of everything to make the stay there just like a home away from home. Items such as the bed, linens, towels, furniture were all very comfy. We enjoyed snuggling in on the couch, watching TV, when it stormed outside.

  The kitchen had newer appliances, a Keurig, a Ninja AirFryer Oven and everything you needed to cook meals.

  My favorite part was the laundry room that was stockpiled with all the items needed to head to the beach! I'm talking tent, umbrella, several beach chairs, cooler, boogie board, lil swimmers, air pump, floats, toys, and a big wheeled beach dolly. Inside they had almost a dozen beach towels as well.

  One area that we didn't get to utilize was the outdoor space. It was awesome, but much too hot while we were there.

  Prior to the trip, I reached out with a question to the contact listed by the booking company. Turns out, I was chatting with the owner. She was very sweet, offering suggestions on places to eat, activities to do, etc. We took her up on several, including grabbing the novelty cups from the house before heading to Pineapple Willy's, Schooners, or RunAway Bay. Great idea!

  Being so close to the beach was amazing! Leaving the house, you go down the street to the end of the block, up one block to the main street, cross and there you are at access 12! We had someone who'd recently had surgery so we actually drove and were able to find parking each time.

  Nearby was a coffee shop, Dollar General & gas station so you didn't have to go far if something was needed.

  We were only a 5 minute drive to St. Andrews State Park, which I highly recommend visiting.

  I like to travel to new places each year, but if I ever return to PCB I'll definitely be booking this home again. You won't be disappointed!

  Amazing place! It had the perfect amount of space for all of us. Convenient walk to the beach. Roomy kitchen to cook and prepare. We had everything we needed!

  This house has 3 full bathrooms! 2 downstairs and 1 upstairs. Full size refrigerator with freezer that has an ice maker. All your plates, cups, silverware, coffee cups, tupperware for leftover food. Beach towels for everyone one to use! ( We used 8 of them!) King size bed in master suite, which was a new memory foam mattress! We slept really good. I was really impressed with how roomy it was in this "A" frame house!
