Beautiful and Convenient Location
5/5 This remodeled Condo was very comfortble and offered every accomadation that was listed without any surprizes. The access to the building and the proximity to the beach and other attrractions was very nice. We were just far enough away from the heavily congested traffic and we had no issues at all with this temporary residence. My wife and I stayed nearly 2 weeks and we have no complaints and only compliments to the owners and the management. Thank you.

Condo nice
3/5 The condo was excellent. The facility was poor location poor. 18 floors on one elevator out of four working. Left a day early because they shut the water off. Neighborhood run down with abandoned buildings

Hi Carolyn, we're glad you had no issues with the condo itself, but we're sorry if the facilities did not exceed your expectations.
- The homeowners let us know that the elevators were being repaired and upgraded during your stay to provide a better experience moving forward.
- Luckily, their condo is on the third floor, so taking the stairs is always an option.
- The water had to be shut off for a few hours to avoid flooding in many of the units. While the owners did not have control over these items, they are sorry if they made your stay less enjoyable.

5/5 This was definitely the CLEANEST unit we have ever had, and very nicely furnished. We were allowed to check in early with no problem. We had a minor issue with the tv. I called Triston and he came right away to fix it. He could but have been nicer or more accommodating. We had Avery nice experience there, and we would definitely recommend it.

Absolute best experience
5/5 This was the most amazing stay we have ever had in Florida . The photos do not do justice to how amazing the view of the beach was ! Super close - just steps away ! Our condo was super clean and came with everything we needed - not a detail was overlooked . The management and owners were quick to offer assistance ( I just needed help with the WiFi for school / work while on our honeymoon ) . We are already planning our next stay here . It was so nice that we kind of felt bad for anyone else who wasn’t in such a nice condo ! The summit was wonderful everything was so close , you can walk to all amenities . There was live music some nights , the staff is so friendly - such a time to remember . We can not rave about this place enough ! We didn’t want to leave .
