Top of the Gulf Disappointment
2/5 I recently stayed at Top of the Gulf and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The most disappointing aspect was the bed, which was extremely uncomfortable. It felt like sleeping on a hard surface, leading to restless nights and back pain.
To make matters worse, I found human hair in the bed sheets, which was absolutely unacceptable and unhygienic. This lack of cleanliness is a major red flag and shows a disregard for basic hospitality standards.
Overall, my stay at Top of the Gulf was very disappointing, and I cannot recommend it to others. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves the quality and cleanliness for future guests.

Poor Quality!
1/5 The space is just good enough for only 2 adults. Has no bed frame making the bed so bad & uncomfortable.
The mattress, beddings & the couch MUST be changed to more comfortable & quality ones. Everything else was ok.
