  - The listing does state that our home is pet-friendly with a $75 fee (+ fees & taxes) which we give directly to our cleaning crew who works hard to thoroughly clean and sanitize the entire property between guests.
  - We also strive to be transparent with our guests at every stage of the booking process and are happy to break down all pet fees for travelers before the reservation is confirmed. Our goal is to ensure that our guests are fully aware of the full price of the reservation, leaving no room for surprises.
  - We truly go above and beyond for our guests and are confident that future guests will have a wonderful stay!

  Was not clean. Was not just steps away from the beach like it said. Stains on pillows & comforter. Hair & dirt in tub as well as a ponytail & razor cover that someone left. Refrigerator had stuff spilled on shelves. Could go on & on.

  - We use a professional cleaning company to ensure that the home is cleaned and sanitized between guests. The local contact does a walk-through of the home before arrivals and we are confident that the home met our high cleanliness standards before your check-in. The cleaners take pride in making sure that the home is cleaned upon your arrival. If you had concerns about the cleanliness, bringing it to our attention would have helped resolve the issue.
  
  - We use local, professional photographers to make sure that the listing photos correctly reflect the property, so the features you see on the listing are accurately advertised. We are sorry if this caught you off guard.
  
  As is evidenced by the many great reviews, these owners are accustomed to providing five-star experiences, and we look forward to this property hosting many happy travelers.

• Spring Break Trip

  This was my families first time going on a trip to Panama City Beach together I cannot imagine a better experience. The location was absolutely perfect and we were supplied with everything we needed. If we needed anything else or to stock up on groceries many stores were near by. Couldn’t dream of staying somewhere better.

• Great rental

  The townhome was very nice. It was clean, well furnished, the beds are comfortable, we had all kitchen necessities, and the space was good. Didn’t realize it was 2 floors- a struggle for our tiny dog. We had to carry him the entire time. The neighbors were nice but loud on the 2nd night. There is zero beach access so you have to drive down to public parking (like 3 min on a slow day), which was fine because of how nice the unit is. There are beach chairs, a beach wagon, umbrellas (which should be replaced, as one is broke and I cut my arm on it). We would definitely stay here again.
