  We thoroughly enjoyed this trip. I was accompanied by my wife and her parents. Her mother told me multiple times that this trip was the most fun that they had had in a long time and that the accommodations were the icing on the cake. I hope to visit the area again in the fall and will definitely book this properly again.

  The coral reef is a great place to stay. The condo could use some updating and they need to fix the cracked tile in the living room but overall i would recommend staying here

• It was perfect!

  Everything about our stay was perfect! Very clean! Had everything we needed for cooking (pans,pots,utensils). Plenty of towels and wash clothes. Coffee maker, toaster, dish soap, washing detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, extra trash bag, even some seasonings and other things to cook with. Right on the beach! Close to lots of places to eat and things to do. Would 100% recommend this place to everyone!! 🏖

  Nice and clean, Kitchen is very understocked. Tile is broken in the middle of the living room floor and guest bedroom door lock was broken and a snag hazard for kids. Reached out to property manager as soon as we arrived, sent pictures and a list of issues multiple times. No response from the property manager

• Nice place with minimal supplies

  Nice condo and it was clean, however, it has very few supplies. I attempted to reach the guest contact Michelle on multiple occasions, never had a response from her for the entire stay. I reached out to the Evolved Team and gave them the same list of issues.

  There is a flooring issue with broken tile in the middle of the living room that needs to be resolved. This is a hazard to anyone not wearing shoes. The bedroom door lock was broken, and it was a hazard for grandkids getting snagged. Only one of the three kitchen lights worked. One kitchen electrical outlet stopped working, while all the others continued.

  Very few dishes, pots and pans and so we had quest eating spaghetti with spoons, we had 5 forks. It lacks the basics like a cutting board, cheese grater, wine bottle opener, etc. If you plan to cook, there is a serious lack of utensils pots, pans, bowls, etc.… The very few plates, bowls, etc. are all different sizes and mismatched.

  There are no instructions for operating the televisions, multiple remotes with each TV with no batteries. One was for a DVD remote, there were no DVD players. The bathroom sinks both drained extremely slow and needed to be cleaned out. There were no extra blankets or throws. Where the AC/trash can area was junky and needed to be cleaned out.

  Spending a little money on the basics would go a long way compared to the other condos I have stayed at in the same resort. The flooring issue could be resolved fairly easy by having a tile guy remove the two broken pieces, take two pieces out of the closet and replace. Overall, I would stay again. Hopefully these small things will be corrected.
