  The location is awesome and the view is amazing. The property is as pictured. The property itself gets 5 stars.

  There was a leak in the ceiling for 5 out of 8 days we were there. The leak was reported, pictures sent and nothing was done to alleviate the issue. We couldn’t close the door on the 2nd bedroom unless we moved our cooler that was being used to catch the leaking water. We also had a realtor come by to show the property to prospective buyers. She was told multiple times that we didn’t want her showing the property while we were there and entered the property anyway. I found this to be intrusive, unprofessional and an invasion of privacy. This was also reported and yet again nothing was done.

• Clean and met our needs

  The unit was clean upon our arrival and met our needs for the stay. There were no major issues, and we had only a couple of what I would consider minor complaints. I think it's the smaller of the 2 bedrooms at this resort, as the balcony is on the smaller side.

  Pros:

  Clean upon arrival

  A/C worked very well

  Comfortable beds

  Convenient location - this is about the highest I'd ever want to stay in the buildings at this resort due to having to rely on the elevators, particularly on arrival/departure, as there are only a few carts to haul items in/out, and they are hard to come by.

  "Cons" - all minor

  Showers/tubs - you basically have to step into the tub to reach the faucets to turn on...not a huge issue, just not convenient, particularly with young kids.

  There are also not many places to hang up towels

  The lighting in the rooms, particularly the bedrooms, is not that great.

  Closets do not have many hangars, so just be aware of that.

  There is also no toaster in the condo.

  Overall, this unit worked well for our stay.

  The unit was super clean. We liked the amount of cookware/bowls/kitchen accessories that were provided. The living room TV was great, especially for watching ballgames.

  The mattresses and beds were great.

  We will definitely inquire about this unit again.

  The pool was a plus as well.
