  We enjoyed our stay the location was great the home was nice with everything we needed. I was very happy with almost everything. We had planned to be back. Unfortunately the neighbors were not so friendly. House rules stated we could night fish but the neighbors complained about a single flashlight. My husband works nights we are use to late nights so that was a pretty big deal for us. I would definitely recommend staying here if your not a night owl.

  Clean and roomy. Beautiful view and grassy yard. Loved sitting on the back patio !!!Close to great restaurant .. walked over at night

  Overall the house and location are great. Everything was clean, comfortable, and the kids really enjoyed the backyard beach. There are a couple of things worth knowing beforehand. First the dock is not boat friendly. At low tide there is roughly 1 1/2ft of water at the end and there is not good way to tie up your boat. We ended up beaching the boat once and just settled on having to put the boat in and out each day, which is less than ideal for a house featuring waterfront property with a dock. Second, the grill is a tiny little thing that runs off green LP tanks, like something you would take camping or tailgating. We ran out of fuel on the on the second night. If you are wanting to grill for your family, plan ahead. Unfortunately the refrigerator did not work at all during our stay. Thankfully the homeowner let us use his spare refrigerator in the garage.

  My son rented the house for a family vacation and he was getting married. Disappointed with just 1 tv in the whole house, beach was not what we expected, could not use the dock for our boat, no light over the dining table, other lights were so dim you couldn’t see to read. Refrigerator stopped cooling our food, no outside shower, and it was hard to stay cool with the ac on 73. Will never go back to this house.

  From the Owner: "Thank you for your feedback. Our listing notes that the property has one TV, as we hope guests will spend most of their time enjoying the beach and outdoor amenities. However, we take feedback seriously and ordered an additional TV to put in the bedroom as well.
  
  Regarding the dock, it is designed for boats to pull up alongside like any standard dock, and we did notice your boat parked there during your stay. The boat lift is not accessible for liability reasons.
  
  While we were in communication, I wish you had let us know about the living room lights. The lights are dimmable, and you just need to adjust them. The previous renter must have dimmed the lights. There are also lamps on the dining table and a lamp on the side of the dining table. I guess you didn’t turn those on?
  
  As for the refrigerator, we appreciate you letting us know it wasn’t working properly. We provided a same-day solution (with another fully accessible large refrigerator), had an appliance company out the very next day, and ordered the necessary part so it could be repaired promptly. It is now in full working order.
  
  We’re glad we could resolve the refrigerator issue quickly and hope the rest of your stay was enjoyable."
