Could be better
4/5 Everything was fine overall. Kitchen utensils need upgrading as does pots and pans for cooking.
Random pieces of everything as far as preparing a meal.

5/5 This was a fabulous location, 1.5 hrs to Disney same to Kennedy Space Center and 1/2 hr. to historic St. Augustine. Home is terrific and loaded unlike many rentals that are so bare of everything including toilet paper....Not this place! Feels like the owners have it setup for their own kids families so it's loaded! From pool toys to cereal. Had an issue as we used up the propane heat quickly & couldn't get it refilled over Christmas holidays but the owners were awesome and gracious with a rebate and treating our family to trolly tour in St. Augustine...top notch folks. Palm coast is amazing! Reminds me of Naples 20 years ago! We will be back! Thanks Jen!! The Frey Family from 🇨🇦 Canada.

Nice home…please replace mattresses
3/5 The home, location, pool, canal, etc. were all wonderful. The neighborhood was incredible. The pool and spa could have been complicated to use, but an evolve employee sent me a very detailed instruction sheet with pictures that made it easy to use.
One big negative was the beds-The mattresses were so hard and extremely uncomfortable throughout the entire house. It was very difficult to even sleep. Five stars if it wasn’t for the beds. But knocking down to 3 stars because losing sleep can ruin even the best of situations.
