• Change the Carpet

  The carpet and furniture are far worse than indicated in pictures. I would not rent again unless the carpet in whole place was ripped up and removed. The furniture has spots and holes in some places. Someone had even tried to "Sage" the place. The musty smell is still there as indicated in a prior review.This unit could be great if you took up the carpet and replaced the furniture.The area is too nice of an area to have such a VRBO listed. We cannot say we would rent again due to the old and stained carpet and furniture. It could be easily fixed.It's a shame for the area. PGA National is known for its beautiful location. "FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, CHANGE THE CARPET!"

  Unit was as advertised with everythihg you could need. However, the unit is in dire need of a facelift. Carpet had MANY stains throughout the unit. Furniture was very used / old, including the beds and couch. There were constantly little bugs around the sink and bathroon area in the master bedroom. The pool was the best part of the stay. We stayed for a 3 night long weekend, a whole week here would be tough for us. We wwre veey happy to allow us to check in early, however the 10am checkout was a bit early in my mind.

• Great location/horrible service

  With the expecting of this place being so near to the PGA National golf course this place was a horrible experience. The place wasn’t clean when we arrived at 4:30pm, cleaners came around 7 and were there for 2 hours actually cleaning it. Wifi didn’t work, only 4 channels on the TVs, the fridge would continuously beep until we unplugged and plugged back in. When I contacted the person on my check in list, he basically just said sorry things happen. Never once tried to make anything right with us. When I called about the fridge at 12:06 he never responded to me till after 4 and said he could come the next morning to “try” and fix it. I have dealt with Evolve before and maybe it’s because of the owner, but I wouldn’t want to deal with this company again if this is how they treat their paying customers at a home away from home!
