  The house for the most part was good and the communication was fast and easy but regarding the house and the location.Location: it was close to my Uncle's house which was convenient but the neighbors house and yard were concerning. Not easthtically pleasing but there were no issue.House - there were dead bugs and roaches, I did ask the company managing the house and they promptly responded and addressed it.Bathroom - the shower handles were loose,not sure how they will fix it and the toilet in the master bath was leaking but again the company managing the house did promptly address and replaced the entire toilet.There was an outlet sticking out in one of the rooms and marker on one of the closets in the other room - only saying for future VRBO to know.The garage conversion - very basic, its just a bed in a garage and it ran hot but the company managing the property promptly provided a fan that did help but I had to keep the garage door open which could be loud when others are staying in the house.All appliances worked but I couldn't locate the hair dryer which most home rentals have.Otherwise - huge beautiful backyard, newer living room furniture.Oh last item - I struggled opening the lockbox because I had longer nails but fortunately there were men in the house who were able to open it haha.I wanted to give an honest review.Thank you

  Upon our arrival, we were greeted with several roaches. There were webs in almost every upper corner of the house. A childs dirty clothes were in the closet. Instructions state to make sure all doors and windows are locked but the kitchen window was unlocked. It just seemed as if no one has been present for days. Neighborhood was quiet and safe but cleanliness of the place was an immense let down.

  - The property has routine pest control treatments; however, recent weather conditions, particularly extreme heat or heavy rain, can sometimes cause insects to become more active. To ensure guest comfort, they've scheduled an additional extermination service right away.
  - The housekeeping team has been reminded to carefully check and remove spider webs, though these can quickly reappear in a short period, especially in warmer months.
  - We've also reinforced with housekeeping the importance of thoroughly inspecting closets and securing all windows and doors during each cleaning.

  TV never worked even though the owner tried to help us. Bring your own chairs if you want to sit around the fire pit. I saw only one available and not sure about one leaning against the house, no place to hang our bath towels in the hall bathroom, lots of plates, but only two maybe 3 cups for coffee, kitchen drawers could be cleaned out. It would’ve been nice to have a more of an upgrade bathroom in the hall and master bedroom, and one of the beds did not have a bed frame under the mattress. The owner surprised us with a very nice gift basket on the third day. .

  - Fire Pit Chairs: The property provides two chairs for the fire pit, which accommodates smaller gatherings. For larger groups, additional seating may be required.
  
  - Towel Racks and Kitchen Supplies: Each bathroom has two towel racks, and we’ll be adding more coffee mugs to the kitchen. We’ve also taken note of your feedback regarding the kitchen drawers and will ensure they’re inspected and cleaned.
