Property manager
3/5 Well to start off went to check in after work it was 95 degrees in house. Palmetto bugs dead all over the place.
It was an everyday thing finding dead palmetto bugs
Inside. The yard got taken care of ever two to three weeks.
Dealing with the owner was great but not some much for the property manager. The pool you have to clean on a daily basis cause the pool guy comes on Monday and don’t do a very a good job. I really think owner needs a new property manager cause he was great to deal with!

- As the home is located in Florida, palmetto bugs can be prevalent in the area. We have ongoing pest control that manages and protects the home from these issues, and the expired bugs indicate the treatments are effective.
- The pool is serviced weekly, typically on Tuesdays, and we've found this schedule to be sufficient for maintaining its cleanliness. We appreciate your input.
- We're glad you had a positive experience communicating with us, though we're sorry that the interaction with the guest contact didn't meet expectations. We strive for all aspects of the guest experience to be seamless.

5/5 Cette maison est tellement bien situé que votre voiture peut rester dans la cour. La plage, l'épicerie, les restos et bars, dépanneurs et station service sans compté un spa de jour et quelques boutiques, tout est à portée de marche. Elle peut aisément accueillir 6 adultes ou 4 adultes et 4 enfants. La piscine est très bien entretenue et pour les soirs de pluie les 2 télé vous permettent de relaxer en écoutant votre film préféré .
