  When we arrived at the house, we were stunned. The pictures are great but when we saw the house live, it was even better.

  The instructions were clear and everything was set up wonderfully, even down to having the bath towels folded in neat origami styles.

  What was really outstanding was when we had an issue with the air conditioning. The A/C stopped working during the second day of our stay. The contact person answered his phone and was very quick in getting things rolling regarding a repair. He had a service person come over and try to solve the problem but when it persisted they did everything they could to get it working. By the second day he had had 2 guys there doing a big repair, probably at weekend labor rates! The A/C was fixed and we were able to be very comfortable (we're from Central PA, so we are not as accustomed to the warm almost 100 degree temps in Florida)

  Let's face it, life happens. When things like that occur I'd like to know I have a good person who is willing to do whatever it takes to work through the problem. To me that said a whole lot more than anything else. If it's an amazing house, but there is no support when something goes wrong, you have a miserable time.

  The house was spectacular and perfect for our family for the 3 days we were in Orlando.

  Would highly recommend this place!

• Overall a good location and place to stay

  We enjoyed our stay. The home is located within driveable distance to many attractions including Universal Studios and Disney as well as the beach. My only concerns were that I didn’t have adequate cookware to cook with. I fortunately brought my own 9x13 Pyrex pan so I was able to cook in that. The nonstick cookware that is offered in the home is scratched and when I cooked with it it smelled like cigarette smoke. Overall we enjoyed our trip and the house was great for the price and to rest after long days of exploring Universal and Disney.

• Nice accommodations

  Booked the place for our family trip to Disney. Not bad driving distance and was nice being able to have our group together without having the expense of multiple hotel rooms. House was well maintained and quite comfortable. Would definitely consider booking again if I planned another trip.
