  The bones of the condo were fine however we did have some issues that we brought to the front desk and they said they did not have anything to do with this owner. We took the issues to Evolve and they were able to get a hold of the owner who then reach out to us and fixed the tub water handle and the toilet paper holder. The issues we told her about the maintenance and/ or cleaning people who worked for her should have been telling her so shame on them. In the 2nd bathroom we had black mold on the ceiling and the drywall and tiles around the tub were in bad shape. The bathtub in the master suite did not switch to tub mode but it was a nice tub with jets however we could only use the shower. (that worked well) The couches were very dirty and we put towels on them before we used them. The owner did offer to have someone come in a clean them and we said no as we were leaving the next day. I had to buy toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap, paper towels, laundry soap. and dryer sheets. Which we left. I feel the owner was really happy that we reached out to Evolve and made her aware of the issues and hopefully she will get these issues fixed. I felt bad for her as I really think the cleaning and maintenance staff are taking her money but not doing the work. I did enjoy our time there and lived with the issues. If these are resolved I will rent the unit again next year

• Good enough if you’re prepared

  Pros- great views, close to Disney and shops and food. Spacious, sleeps 6 comfortably, 8 if needed (sofa bed is… a sofa bed). Kitchen has what you need to serve 8, enough seats between the table and bar to seat 8.

  Cons- there was only hand soap in one bathroom. No shower supplies. Towels were old and scratchy but did the job. The bunk bed “blankets” were just dust covers. Bring your own laundry supplies, they only have one pod to be used to wash towels as you leave. Bring your own pillows, they have some, but they aren’t great. The power plugs only work when the light switches are on, beware when you charge your phone at night. The master shower did not drain unless it was plunged. We just used the other shower. There were no locks on the master bedroom or bathroom.

  We were centrally located near all the parks. Could walk to several eating establishments. Dollar Tree was a very short walk. Our.purpose for this visit was to see our bonus son and his wife from Brazil. We were able to eat in or out. Our room had a beautiful view of the lake.

  Staff was friendly and professional and always solved any ongoing issues. I would rent again from Evolve. Hopper
