Wonderful Stay in College Park
5/5 We stayed at this property for 5 months to be near family. It was perfect. We have stayed in several different locations in College Park, and this one was by far, the best. The house was updated, clean and had everything that you could need. It was very clean when we arrived. The location offers privacy and is very quiet. The neighborhood felt safe and family oriented. The kitchen was well equipped to cook meals. The laundry room was convenient. There was a lot of storage and great closet space. The owners were responsive and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again and would have stayed longer if we could have.

5/5 I stayed here for a month with my dog. It was exactly what I needed! The hosts thought of everything that you could possibly need. There is a ton of space and everything is organized and clean. Location is great being close to local shops, necessities, and major roads.

Great Home Away From Home
5/5 This cottage was so lovely, and almost exactly as shown in the photos. (The only difference we noticed was the coffee maker in the pics has been upgraded to a Keurig.) Everything we could have needed was provided for us, and in very nice condition. There was loads of closet room, and the living spaces were comfortable & well laid out. The owners have been very easy to work with, and very thoughtful in their check-in & check-out instructions. The College Park location was ideal for our needs, and very close to I-4, the main artery to the Orlando theme parks. We were honestly sorry to lock the door behind us at the end of our stay. For our very first vacation rental, we feel like we won the lottery. This truly felt like our home away from home for the month we were staying here. Thank you so much, Dennis & Katie!
