  this was not a pleasant one and we would never rent this home again. Pool isn’t full, dirty - drains aren’t even working properly - pool guy had to come to fill the pool and maintain it - had to fill water on Thursday as well Light switches don’t work, have to pull strings on light Many drawers full of items, had to move things to use itemsNot pleasant smell when entering home - stale, closed up No extra paper towels or toilet paper Main bathroom shower does not work or drain - tub backs up, we tried to clean the drain - master bathroom shower door doesn’t close properly and leaks everywhere Glass table top isn’t secured in kitchen, dangerous for children Dirty dishes, had to wash prior to use

  Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry your stay did not meet expectations and appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. The homeowner wanted to provide the following clarifications:
  - Upon learning the pool needed attention, the technician was sent immediately. Regular cleanings are scheduled weekly, and with your mid-week check-in, it was near the next scheduled service.
  - The overhead fans and lights can be operated both by the wall switch and by pull cords, which can occasionally cause confusion if the cords are turned off. We will provide clearer instructions for future guests.
  - We provide a starter set of essentials, including one roll of paper towels and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, as noted in our listing. Additional items can be purchased by guests based on their length of stay and needs.
  - No issues were reported during your stay. Concerns were brought to attention by the following guest and addressed the same day. The primary bathroom shower door will also be checked for proper adjustment.
  - A standard glass-top dining table rests securely on its base but is not mechanically fixed, which is typical for this style. Items in the drawers were not previously noticed and will be reviewed and organized more thoroughly.
  Your feedback is appreciated and will be used to improve the experience for future guests. The goal is always to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and it is truly regrettable that this was not the case during your visit.

  Easy keyless entry, great communication and probably the most well-equipped vrbo we’ve stayed at. Pool was great, beds comfy, clean and comfortable stay. Great location to Venice Beach and only 40 minutes to Siesta Key.

  Everything was great. Host was easy to contact when the code did not work for entry. House was a bit tired looking, but otherwise all good. Thank you for hosing us.

  Everything was comfortable and very accommodating for us to enjoy family time duration the holiday. The children throughly enjoyed the pool
