  Very beautiful home. My family and I had a wonderful time. Close to Walmart and other food places. They didn’t mention the pool was a salt water pool but it didn’t stop anything. Would definitely recommend renting this home for a nice quiet vacation

• I would not book again...

  We booked this place for the pool, and it was an issue even before arrival...

  This listing is managed by Evolve and can also be booked through other online rental platforms. We did not book through Evolve. Make note of listing check in times as we were locked out when we arrived. There are discrepancies in the provided information across different booking platforms.

  We requested the pool to be heated prior to arrival, and had to make several phone calls and emails to the house manager, Evolve and the platform we used to book, to get that process even started.

  We paid the fee to have a heated pool for our 5 night stay prior to arrival. The pool was not warm when we arrived, and shut off after 1 cycle. It heated another 12 hours the following day, and then completely shut off. I communicated this daily to the house manager, who was well aware the pool was not heating properly. We borrowed a pool thermometer to verify. The pool finally got up to temperature the last night of our stay. We were still charged for 5 nights of pool heat, 48 hours of which the pool was not running at all.

  The listing advertises the camera placement in the back yard faces a shed. This is 100% false. You are on camera anytime you are in the pool or on that side of the backyard.

  The master bedroom has a unit for the pool or AC right outside the window by the bed. If you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. We were awoken to a whole house alarm at 3am one night of our stay and were unsure why or where exactly it came from. Initially it was pretty scary.

  The house was clean on the inside and the location was favorable for the reason of our stay. The beds were comfortable. The TVs were huge and have a cable like program available to watch local channels. The property manager responded quickly to emails.

  If you do not care about having a heated pool, and you like dogs, kids and are a sound sleeper, this place might be a good fit. If not, think twice.

  We've confirmed the check-in time as 4 pm across platforms and within the pre-stay email that was sent to you. Our surveillance cameras are for guest safety around a pool, but we are sorry if you felt uncomfortable by their presence. They are only viewed if needed for a situation.
  
  While we endeavor to maintain a wonderful guest experience, we understand that external factors like neighboring activities are beyond our control. Despite these challenges, we're delighted you found the interior clean and comfortable and appreciated our responsive property manager.
