    We arrived and were unable to contact the host for check in instructions. It was 24 hours later before we heard from them, luckily the key was in a lock box outside the house which was open and we were able to get in after about an hour of our arrival….the hot water tank was shut off so there was no hot water, we saw several bugs and the ACs barely kept the place comfortable. There was black duct tape holding one of the rugs in place, see photos. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else
