Absolutely loved it!
5/5 My wife and I stayed at 819 Fairway Lakes Drive with our son for our recent vacation in Niceville and absolutely loved it! We are looking to move to the Bluewater Bay area in the future and wanted to stay in one of the neighborhoods and get a feel for the community and this house was a perfect fit. Our 20 month old son loved the open floor plan and had a blast running around and chasing his toys through the living room. The beds are very comfortable, and everything felt homey. The screened in sunroom was awesome for evening sitting with a glass of wine without getting chewed up by mosquitos. The owners were extremely welcoming and helpful with anything we needed. We are big beach people and drove to Destin and Lincoln Park twice each and it was literally 15 minutes from pulling out of the driveway to feet on the sand. The only minor suggestion we would have is a few more towels would have been helpful, but I’m nitpicking. Honestly, we could have moved in and made this place a home. I highly recommend this house if you are visiting Niceville or looking for a vacation rental alternative to a hotel. We would rent it again in a heartbeat.

Great home and close to golf course
5/5 This house was perfect for our 3 week stay. It had everything we needed to make us feel at home. The kitchen was very well supplied with everything to make a meal. Its located in a very quiet neighborhood and conveniently located to restaurants, golf, and a short drive to the beach.
The pictures on the site were exactly the way it looked. Perfect! The house was very clean and neat. The master room bed was very comfortable (it was the only one we used).
