• A Lovely Unit Close to Beaches, Shopping and Restaurants

  This studio unit is lovely. When we arrived, the place was spotlessly CLEAN. The kitchen area is well stocked with cooking utensils, plates, silverware and knives, although we ate most of our meals out at the abundance of excellent restaurants in the New Smyrna Beach area. Household supplies (paper towels, tissues, liquid hand soap, etc.) were there on arrival so you don't have to go to the store right away. Plenty of nice bath towels and wash cloths. The shower (again, CLEAN) is an awesome experience! And the patio area is delightful. The location is great -- close to downtown NSB and the beaches, and within walking distance (3/4 mile) to the shopping/restaurants on Canal Street. The outdoor lighting was very comforting from a security standpoint. We came home numerous times at night and we felt safe. But the absolute best part of staying here is Amy. She responds to queries and issues promptly and efficiently and is delightful to deal with. We are already looking forward to our next visit to NSB.

  Plenty of room, it was very clean. Really close to Flagler blvd and all the shops

• Cute Quiet Stay

  Really cute place, nice area of town with many beautiful old homes surrounding it. Few blocks from the central part of town with entertainment and shopping close by. Really peaceful stay.

  Huge TV, Coffee Pods, and popcorn were included.
