Exterior
3/5 The yard need the grass cut and trimmed. The screened in patio had holes in the screens. The fenced in back yard had the fence panels busted and falling down or were already on the ground. Inside of house was clean and nice.

Manager's Response:
Hi Allen, thank you for your review and for noting the clean and comfortable interior of the home. We followed up with the owner, who would like to share the following:
- The lawn is on a regular maintenance schedule, but they’ll revisit the timing to ensure it stays well-kept between visits.
- They’re aware of minor wear in the screened patio and backyard fencing; repairs are planned, though access is limited due to a fully booked calendar.
We appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you again in the future. Safe travels!Felt like home
