Family vacay
5/5 Perfect spot for our family vacation! We had the best of both worlds…beach/ocean and pool/hot tub for whatever the weather/flags indicated for the day. The weather was great! Only rained a couple times. Had a blast and enjoyed the condo for relaxing!

Great location and unit
5/5 We had a great stay at Caribbean 303. The local host was very responsive to my questions. The unit is nicely stocked, plenty of seating and a beautiful view. We enjoyed this vacation and would come back.

Happy with condo 303!
4/5 Condo was spacious. Accommodated 6 of us just fine. Views were amazing!!!
Furnishings were up to date.
Only issue was floor was dirty. Kids had black feet. I’m sure it’s impossible to keep it spotless but I mopped and it improved a lot.

Beautiful Relaxation
5/5 The cozy 3 bedroom condo had a gorgeous view of the ocean. We experienced all the comforts of home with the benefits of a beach vacation lifestyle. Coffee on the balcony while the sunrises and hot cocoa as it sets with the waves as a relaxing soundtrack. Private beach entrance with chairs and umbrella. Close to the Pier, shopping, a park, and restaurants.
