• A Newlyweds’ Dream Stay

  We absolutely loved our stay at Susan’s Airbnb in Marco Island! As newlyweds, we wanted a relaxing waterfront getaway, and her home exceeded every expectation.

  Susan was an incredible host and truly thought of everything. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated with a coastal beach theme, and had all the amenities we could possibly need. Every detail made us feel welcome and right at home.

  One of our favorite features was the lanai overlooking the water. The beautiful stenciled artwork and thoughtful outdoor décor created such a peaceful place to enjoy our morning coffee and unwind in the evenings while watching the boats go by.

  If you’re looking for a comfortable, beautifully maintained waterfront home with an exceptional host, look no further. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Susan’s home to anyone visiting Marco Island. Thank you, Susan, for making our honeymoon getaway so special!

  We have stayed at this particular property several times… It is heaven on earth!!! a wonderful three bedroom house, with a lovely living room room and dining room room and fully equipped kitchen… Immaculately clean, washer and dryer hook up, the master bedroom has a sliding door that goes right out to the lanai… The house sits right on Johnson Bay on the water. It is beautiful… The dolphins have come to see me every time I have been there… They come into the bay and swim around the docks. It is incredible… You can swim right off the dock into the bay how convenient!! this is a small community and there are a couple of restaurants right down the street a couple of blocks away. Pelican bend is my favorite… They also have a community center with things to do locally along the island, they also have a pick up bocce game. I think it’s on Tuesdays and Thursdays at the Little park on the island. I’ve been there. It’s so much fun!!! If you’re more of a beach type, Marco Island Beach is only about 15 minutes away and it is an amazing beach non-commercialized and very refreshing… So close to everything in Southwest Florida… I even rented a boat at the marina with the captain who took us out shelling all day… So many conveniences in such a wonderful family area.. the hosts of this property are super accommodating, very friendly and know a lot about the area.. this was our honeymoon, it was perfect and our experience at this property had a lot to do with it… I can’t say enough good things!! highly recommend!! can’t wait for my next trip, we will definitely be staying here again!!!

  We had the opportunity to stay at the Johnson Bay Hideaway over our daughter‘s spring break 2026. It was absolutely stunning & the location was perfect! Not only was the host very helpful, she has thoughtfully provided everything you need to move right in.

  The home has three large bedrooms, two newly remodeled bathrooms & was very clean. The host also provided everything we needed in the kitchen & for our adventures including beach towels, chairs & coolers.

  The Johnson Bay Hideaway is located on the water in a deep water canal close to everything, while being quiet & private. We loved sitting on the patio at night & hanging out on the beautiful new dock with boat lift. The washer, dryer & garage parking were extra bonuses. We will definitely be returning next spring.

• Romantic anniversary week

  Thank you so much for the wonderful stay at the Johnson Bay house. The house provided everything that we needed, but we especially loved sitting out on the lanai and dock, looking out at the water and enjoying the sunsets. The house is so spacious and decorated so beautifully, we felt right at home. We found our stay to be very quiet, peaceful, and relaxing, just what we were looking for, for our 22nd anniversary. We had a lovely dinner at pelican bend and enjoyed the convenience of eateries near the home. We will definitely be coming back.
