4/5 I love the location, pool, fishing, pickleball courts, screen in porch. Second year at this unit and hopefully coming back. Only dislikes are bath fan doesn’t work and for longer stays it needs a full size refrigerator

Stay away
1/5 worst rental ever. NOT king bed; NOT queen sofa—none at all; NOT step in shower—dangerous tub entry shower; NOT dining table; NOT office; refrigerator was a mini-not as pictured in photo. NOT near naples pier or beaches—20 miles away. NOT amenities—no restaurant, pool unheated, unable to find the laundry. No lockbox. EVOLVE was responsive, but property people could have cared less. Limited towels and one washcloth; Dog in residence across the hall! Recpommend avoiding this place—not as advertised!!

1/5 Very very poor experience. Ad was misleading. No king bed; no couch; no a walk in shower; no restaurant; pool not heated.
